Honestly, I have driven myself a little crazy researching manufactured home builders. Poor Hayden at Champion Retail Center in York sure had his hands full with me! 🙂 I came in with a million questions after spending countless hours comparing companies and models/floor plans online. After many emails and phone calls, my husband and I scheduled a factory tour. Hayden was very knowledgable and patient with us and by us, I actually mean me! I was being the annoying one! My husband was just along for the ride. 🙂 Hayden had an answer to almost all of my questions and what he didn't know he found an answer to right away. We kept him past closing time and he never once complained, rushed us or made us feel like an inconvenience. It was pretty cool to tour the factory and see how the homes are made and the quality of care that goes into the building process. A lot of communication continued after our factory tour and throughout countless phone calls and email exchanges, Hayden has been so professional, prompt in his responses and is very customer oriented. Hayden has always made it clear that he is there for us and willing to help in any way he can. And I believe he sincerely means that. Unfortunately we have had to put our plans on hold. Hayden was very understanding and supportive and ensured he would be waiting for us whenever we are ready. If you are considering a manufactured home builder, I highly recommend consulting with Hayden at Champion Retail Center in York! He's been the best!

I never do these reviews but looking at a few reviews I felt like I needed to share my experience. My wife and I recently moved from Tennessee and purchased land just outside of Grand Island. We had a used Champion home lined up and that ended up falling through. So now we are in desperate need to find something fast. We visited 3 different offices the day we went to the store in York. We are young but I have a great job and have already owned a home in Tennessee but every place we visited that day no one wanted to help us. None of the salespeople took us seriously and frankly were down right rude. We were on our way home from Omaha when we stopped in York and ended up getting to the store 15 minutes before close and it was super hot that day which just made the day worse. We were greeted by Hayden Crockett and let him know right away our situation. Surprisingly he took the time to walk us through the factory as well as their homes next to the office. Not once did he ever seem upset that we were keeping him past close on a Saturday. We haven’t purchased a home yet because we ended up renting since it would take a while to get our land setup and didn’t have a choice besides staying in a hotel for months. When it comes time Hayden will definitely earn our business because of that day. Very enjoyable, not high pressured and really took the time to get to know me and my wife and was generally interested in helping us find the right home. Thank you again

High quality homes. Suggest knowing differences between HUD, mobile, and modular homes. Prices higher than some others but higher quality.

Bryce was excellent when he helped me decide on this mobile home. I felt he was honest and cared about my.needs . He explained everything clearly. He helped me to keep my coat to where I was able to purchased this home. Bryce Johnson and Becky Rabe are AMAZING. Becky helped us with the colors and upgrades, she really knows her stuff. Bryce gave us a smoking deal. They spent the better part of their day helping us with questions and upgrades, they even made completing the paper work kinda fun. I have been working with Stacy McCoy for about 10 months now to dial in the right model, options, and custom add's we are looking for in a Park Model for our property. Stacy has been flat out Awesome and has answered the countless questions I have thrown her way. I'm in the customer service business and it is refreshing to work with a company that delivers the type of customer service I strive to give my customers. Looks like we are in the home stretch on getting the unit on order and hopefully the whole team at Factory Expo Home Centers is as good as Stacy. When we have the unit in place I'll shoot you a pic of it on our land.

I haven't purchased yet, but I'm completely blown away with Becky's (general managers) communication. She took the time to answer every single questioned I had, no matter how painfully stupid it must have seemed. She always responded to my emails in a timely manner, and worked hard to keep me in a budget while helping me pick out design upgrades.

I had the pleasure of working with Stacy McCoy. She spent hours helping me answer questions, meet my budget and select a home that is ideal. She also helped with financing needs on a moble home and the application process and how it works.I would highly recommend Stacy to help anyone looking to purchase a home.I'm not easily impressed. I was checking out manufactured homes on the inter-web when I came across the Factory Expo Home Centers site. After Surfing through the sight I called to find out more information on a new custom built home. I was connect with my new friend Stacy McCoy. She was fun and answered all my questions. In order to answer some questions she went to the manufacturing plant and took the shots I requested. When I had some questions about customization she took my ideas to the engineers to see it was possible. We worked over the phone, through email and text to get a good idea of cost, construction time frame, and visuals to help visualize the customization. Unfortunately for me we found a once in a life time opportunity for a never lived in speck home with new appliances all set up on a lot and with full warranty, for less than the cost of a new home. I say unfortunately because the new sales person was not a Stacy :(Shhhhhh 🤫 FYI if you call to check out some cool homes ask for Stacy and tell her “Roger That” sent you!Thanks Stacy!

Although we have not yet received our home, due to weather issues, we have been very pleased to have worked with Stacy McCoy, Miriam DeBoer, & Becky Rabe. They were all very responsive, helpful and made the process of buying online, factory-direct less intimidating. They even got it completed 2 weeks earlier than the original completion date! We will write another review once we receive our home, but so far we are very pleased! We would recommend them to others!

We had the pleasure of visiting with Becky Rabe yesterday on a home at York ne. She showed us the show homes she has on her lot.she spent a lot of time answering all the questions we had . We learned a lot about there homes and all the options we could get and color choices . Before we left she showed us the factory and the houses under construction. I was I'm pressed!
